When making online purchases through Our App, you are required to furnish genuine, precise, and comprehensive information about yourself and use a legitimate payment method devoid of fraudulent activity. Should you furnish any personal or financial details that are found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if Cooking Nova reasonably suspects such inaccuracies, Cooking Nova reserves the right to nullify related financial transactions, revoke any software licenses obtained through such transactions, and report pertinent details to relevant authorities.
Cooking Nova features virtual in-game currency ("Virtual Currency"), which can be acquired through real-money purchases and used to obtain virtual in-game items ("Virtual Items"). It's important to note that Cooking Nova does not handle transactions involving Virtual Currency; instead, they are managed by third-party e-commerce payment providers. By purchasing Virtual Currency in-game, you agree to abide by the Terms of Use of these third-party payment providers.
Additionally, the following conditions apply. Virtual Currency can only be used to purchase in-game items. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, other items, or services of monetary value, neither with Cooking Nova nor any other party. The transfer of Virtual Currency or Virtual Items outside of the games is strictly prohibited, meaning that you cannot buy or sell them for real money or exchange them for items of value outside the games.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that all purchases of Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are final. Refunds for completed transactions are not issued by third-party payment providers or Cooking Nova, except as expressly provided in this Terms of Use. Please be aware that when you purchase Virtual Currency or Virtual Items in-game, you are acquiring a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them; you do not own them outright. In the event that your account is restricted, terminated, suspended, modified, or deleted for any reason at Cooking Nova's discretion, or if Cooking Nova discontinues its games, you forfeit any Virtual Currency and Virtual Items earned or purchased. Cooking Nova retains the sole discretion to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or remove Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items as it deems necessary, without any obligation to compensate you or any other party for resulting losses.
If you share your account or payment details with others, engage in policy abuse, or fail to adequately secure your account with authentication measures, we typically cannot issue a refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the payment processor regarding refund policies. Any taxes previously charged to users for product purchases are not included in user refunds.
If you encounter any issues with a purchase made through Apple, you can report them using the link https://reportaproblem.apple.com. In the event that technical difficulties hinder or unreasonably delay the delivery of the game, your exclusive recourse is either the replacement of the game or a refund of the purchase price, as determined by Apple. Please note that Apple reserves the right to deny refund requests if evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior is found. We may display or otherwise make available advertising, promotional, or commercial content or activities ("Advertising Content") on our Services. You understand that Advertising Content is Third Party Content/Services and is provided for your information only.
You acknowledge that we may, at our sole discretion, disable, suspend, or remove the Third Party Content/Services from the Services in full or in part at any time without any liability to you.
Cooking Nova does not assume any liability for the materials, information, and opinions provided on, or available through, the Cooking Nova App (the “Cooking Nova App Content”). Reliance on the Cooking Nova App Content is solely at your own risk. Cooking Nova disclaims any liability for injury or damages resulting from the use of the Cooking Nova App and any Cooking Nova App Content.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App or any products or third-party materials is to stop using the App. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this App, including but not limited to direct or indirect losses.
All content on this App (including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any content on this App.
Cooking Nova may, in appropriate circumstances and in Cooking Nova's sole discretion, terminate your access to this Cooking Nova App if it deems you to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights connected to the Cooking Nova App.

The terms related to protection of Cooking Nova's intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, choice of law, indemnification obligations, and any licenses granted by you to Cooking Nova shall survive any termination of these Terms of Service.
Cooking Nova's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of the provision. Neither a course of dealing or conduct between you and Cooking Nova nor any trade practices shall modify these Terms of Service.
